Nigel Cabourn British Army Smock Navy Camo

The Nigel Cabourn British Army Smock Navy Camo is inspired by the British army smock worn by Paratroopers in WW2. This smock, was originally worn over the paratrooper’s webbing equipment but under his parachute pack and harness to prevent snagging while emplaned or during a jump so had to be loose fitting. The Nigel’s Cabourn version is made in a hardwearing cotton drill and is boxy in shape so it can be worn over layers. Just like the vintage versions. Like many later versions of this British Army smock, Nigel has produced one in a specially developed navy camo. It has several different blue, indigo colours.

The Nigel Cabourn smock has two pleated chest pockets with flap and Union Knopf vintage metal buttons to fasten. It has reninforced patches on the sleeves and cotton herringbone tape to pull in on hood and hem. The fabric is 100% cotton.
