American & Japanese (Denim) Treasures At Union Fade Store
Union Fade Store is a new initiative of Murio Cristian, also the driving force behind Denim Boulevard, and Denim Institute Milano in Italy. On Union Fade Store he’s selling the coolest vintage pieces that he found during his many so-called picking travels.
He went to deserts, mountains, flea markets and so on in the USA and Japan to buy these authentic, and above all, unique denim pieces. All the items show the rich denim history and represent the culture behind it.
The First Batch Is Now Online
In the just-launched webstore you can see the first batch of faded jeans, jackets, overalls for men, women, and kids. Also, Japanese kimonos, American Cowboy bandanas, bags, and Murio’s self-published ‘My Archive’ books are available. The books capture the denim archive of designer and collector Antonio di Battista in a three-volume book range. Check out more of these books here.
Within the collection that is currently available, you can buy 1950s Montgomery Ward jackets, WW2 denim trousers, patched and repaired overalls from the 1960s, and children’s Cowboy jackets to name a few. You can also score newer brands as PRPS, and Lee 101, all with natural worn-in fades.
If you’re looking for original vintage denim inspiration pieces, or want to add a true American, or Japanese, piece of history to your personal collection, check out Union Fade Store.
