An Authentic Worker Jacket Style

The Benzak BWJ-01 Worker Jacket has a slightly longer cut body compared to the originals to make it a bit more modern. The jacket features two large patch pockets on the outside and a hidden chest pocket, finished with a rivet from the inside. The rivet is used reversed so the BDD branding on the back is visible. A great detail!

The overall look of the worker jacket is clean, which fits perfectly with this timeless design. You can wear the Benzak worker jacket all year round, in Fall and Winter as an extra layer inside, and during Spring and Summer outside as a jacket.

The Moleskin Fabric In Red And Black

The Moleskin fabric used for the worker jacket is a 100% cotton densely woven satin weave. This fabric is known for its soft surface created by shearing the fabric on the outside. The Moleskin fabric is known for a combination of both softness and durability and is commonly used for vintage worker jackets and pants due to the insulating and windproof qualities of the fabric.

The 12oz Moleskin fabric is woven by Collect in Japan and is used in two colors for the jacket, red and black. The fabric is pre-washed to give the jacket already the right look from the beginning.

The Selvedge Denim Fabric

The 10,5 oz right-hand denim fabric on Benzak’s worker jacket is woven with blue x black threads by the Italian Candiani mill. While the warp is dyed with bright indigo, with a purplish hue, the weft is dyed in black, which keeps its deep color.

On the inside, the selvedge fabric is visible, on both sides of the closure and the inside of the back. It shows a plain selvedge line, so no color ID is added. Due to its relatively lightweight and factory rinse, it’s very comfortable to wear since the first wear day, and the fabric is also pre-washed, so ready to go!
