The Fabric Is Woven By Real Edge Denim
The Blaumann Jeanshosen shirt features a straight fit, two chest pockets, and a pointed yoke, embodying a true classic Western design. Crafted from 100% cotton, the fabric is produced by the Turkish denim mill Real Edge Denim (R.E.D.). This denim company is founded in 2021 and is specialized in custom-made selvedge denim fabrics. R.E.D. combines deep expertise with strong development capabilities to create premium fabrics. Woven on vintage shuttle looms, their selvedge denim is renowned for its authenticity and quality.
Over time, with wear and washing, the fabric will age beautifully, just like the jeans from the brand. Adding a unique character to this timeless piece.
Produced With Eye For Detail
During the cutting the fabric in the production process, Blaumann Jeanshosen paid special attention to the precise workmanship. The outcome is that both chest pockets lie in the check pattern and do not appear to break. This technique causes more waste in the cutting and is known from classic Hawaiian shirts, whose breast pockets practically always “disappear” invisibly in the shirt pattern.

The Indigo Check shirt is delivered in an unwashed state and will shrink approximately half a size after its first wash. Like all products in their collection, this shirt is expertly cut and sewn entirely in Bavaria, Germany, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
