Blaumann Jeanshosen Limited Edition Selvedge Bags
Blaumann Jeanshosen teamed up with Seil Marschall for two limited edition selvedge bags. Seil Marschall is a family company based in the South of Germany. It’s founded in 1896 by Johann Marschall and is today in hands of its 4th generation. They started to produce ropes and canvas covers for the industrial industry. After being in business for more than 100 years, they also produce bags and other stuff.
The Blaumann Jeanshosen X Seil Marschall collaboration contain two special denim bags, a Back Pack version, and an Aviator bag. Both bags are made with a 15oz selvedge fabric from the Japanese Kuroki mill. The bags are made in small quantities, so limited editions.
Selvedge Denim Back Pack
The Back Pack has a brown leather bottom which is made of vegetable tanned leather. Inside the bag is an inside pocket with a zipper added. There’s also a pocket with a zipper on the closure flap and 2 buckled leather straps with brass buckles with Loxx buttons. The canvas shoulders straps are padded for extra comfort and covered with fine leather. On the front is a Blaumann Jeanshosen leather patch, and on the back a Seil Marschall version. It’s produced in Germany, like the rest of the brand’s collection.

Selvedge Aviator Bag
The Aviator bag is also made of 15oz Kuroki selvedge fabric. The selvedge line of the fabric runs on the outside of the bag. For the bottom of the bag, they used brown vegetable leather, which will age nicely with the fabric with use. On the top of the bag is an extra closure added next to the zipper, this to be sure that all your belongings are safe during your travel.
The bag has handles, made from sturdy canvas, and also a shoulder strap, so you can choose how to carry it. On the outside is the branding of the brand nicely done in a sophisticated way. Ready to explore the (denim) world.
