Bleu De Paname X Clae Limited Edition Sneaker
Bleu de Paname celebrates its 10-years anniversary with a special collaboration sneaker. For this collaboration, they teamed-up with footwear brand Clae. Clae started in 2001 out of the need to approach to footwear, which was to modernize the classic silhouettes to fit today’s active lifestyle.
Taking A Retro Runner To A Next Level
The collaborated sneaker brings streetwear and workwear together. The outcome of the collaboration is a classic, simple and functional piece to compliment the modern man’s wardrobe. For this collab, they used Clae’s premium runner Edwin.
They used Bleu de Paname’s proprietary materials. Taking the retro runner to another level, the sneaker combines French Moleskine from their iconic Comptoir jacket, along with ripstop nylon, fleece, suede and natural leather in a subtle indigo blue colorway that exemplifies the French lifestyle.
For the sneaker, they used a Vibram outsole, and on the Eva footbed are the maps of Paris and Los Angeles printed, paying homage to both the brand’s respective headquarters.
The Bleu de Paname X Clae is made as a limited edition and comes with a special shoebox.
