Chasin’ Opens Flagship Store at Hoog Catharijne, Utrecht (NL)
Dutch denim brand Chasin’ just opened their doors of it’s new flagship store. The flagship store is located at Hoog Catharijne in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Hoog Catharijne is a recently renovated shopping mall in the city centre of Utrecht.
The Chasin’ brand founded in 1992 by Jan Peters, also founder of the Score denim stores. The brand is inspired by modern denim rockstars and their lifestyle. During the years Chasin’ has grown into a brand with more than 200 sales points. This includes 35 mono-brand stores and 29 shop-in-shops concepts in The Netherlands.
The Core of the Store is Jeans
The core of the Chasin’ flagship store is jeans. In the store you will see an impressive denim wall with the Ego brand campaign. The Ego is Chasin’s iconic five pocket jeans. One of the highlights of the denim wall is the ‘Japan Made Denim’ collection. This special collaboration collection is made with the legendary Collect denim mill. The mill is based in Kojima, Japan. They produce the finest high-quality selvedge fabrics.
Omnichannel Shopping Experience
The new Chasin’ flagship store has an unique omnichannel shopping experience. Omnichannel is a cross-channel business model and content strategy that companies use to improve their user experience. For the new store they used materials such as concrete, oak, and steel in combination with the Ego fragrance eau de toilette. This is combined with state of the art features such as a digital screen. When an item is not in stock, the entire stock of the warehouse can be checked on a tablet to keep ‘Lost Sales’ to a minimum. There is also the possibility to place an order online and pick it up for free in the store with ‘Click & Collect’. This concept has implemented by the brand in all it’s stores.
