This week the Dutch Design Week started in the South of Holland. A whole week filled with the best design. One of the expo’s is the ‘Indigo: Sharing Blue’ expo by Crafts Council Nederland. It’s a really nice indigo expo from four Dutch designers, Liselore Frowijn, Maaike Gottschal, Aliki van der Kruijs and Adrianus Kundert. They went to Japan to explore the rich history from natural indigo. They studied the Japanese indigo tradition and used the old techinques translated to design and fashion. The result is simply beautiful. You can check it this whole week till the 30th of October. Check it out!
