Dawson Denim is a high-quality denim brand runned by Kelly Dawson and Scott Ogden. With their more than 20 years of denim experience they create the most beautiful products in their workshop. Dawson Denim’s workshop is located in Brighton, the South Coast of England. Kelly and Scott design, cut and sew each product by themselves. For their products they use vintage sewing machines from the 1950’s.
Recently they developed a Limited Edition Coverall (DD06 Wabash). A coverall garment is designed to be worn as protection over garments for mechanics and engineers whilst working. For the Limited Edition Dawson Denim used a 11oz Wabash twill from Japan which was exclusively printed for them. The Coverall has action back shoulder pleating, the pockets are lined with natural Japanese herringbone pocket bags, stone thread colour (they use core spun thread designed specifically for denim), canvas Dawson branded label, selvedge hanger loop, die cast placket buttons, two prong nail cuff buttons (this style was first patented around the 1870’s), bucket shaped pockets, reece 101 button holes and all Coveralls are numbered and signed by their maker. Take a look at this nice piece of craftsmanship.
