Recap Of Denim Days In Amsterdam
Last month, Amsterdam turned blue again thanks to the Denim Days event. The denim event was organized at the De Hallen location, known by most denim people of Denim City. During the two days of the event, people from all over the world came together. This to celebrate the beauty of denim, indigo, and the lifestyle that is strongly connected to it. The denim community showed up to meet denim and friendships.
The Market Edition
This Denim Days edition was focused on the market, the same as the previous edition in April. A very popular and unique shopping experience with a great mix of existing heritage brands, vintage and fresh newborns. Next to shopping, visitors could join several inspiring talks with iconic people from the industry such as Tony Tonnaer (former Kings of Indigo), Ruedi Karrer aka Swiss Jeans Freak, Concrete Matter, and Tshepo to name a few. Also, there was a special screening of the new must-see denim film Denim Hunter starring denim collector Viktor Fredbäck from Sweden. More about this film here.
