Heaviest Denim Made By The Oldblue Company
The Oldblue Company released for the first time their heaviest denim above the 30oz with their new styles. These heavy-weight fabrics are milled in China and made with a royal blue and red wine weft. Something special, and extraordinary.
Selvedge Denim Fabric Details
The denim fabric for the new styles is 31/33 ounces of heavy indigo selvedge denim (Roughly 33 oz after initial soak/wash (post-shrink). It’s an unsanforized loom-state denim fabric, exclusively-milled in China.
The extra thick selvedge line fabric is loomed using insanely thick yarns. 3 plied of 5S yarns for both of its warp and weft (5S/3 * 5S/3). The yarns originated from the extra-long-staple cotton, from Urumqi, Xinjiang. In this place, the sun is shining very long, which is good for the cotton plants of course.
