Heddels X PF Flyers Sneaker Collab

After the first two successful collabs with Winter Sessions and Knickerbocker the platform Heddels just launched their 3rd special project. The 3rd Heddels CO-OP is with authentic footwear brand PF Flyers. Their special projects are part of their CO-OP line.

Heddels partnered with PF Flyers to produce a sneaker that commemorates the 60th anniversary of PF’s involvement in Project Mercury, NASA’s first manned space program. The CO-OP Heddels X PF Flyers sneaker is based on the materials that were used on the original spacesuits and space capsule which were worn by the Mercury 7 astronauts.

Details From Heddels X PF Flyers Collab

The Heddels X PF Flyers sneaker is a high top style with an aluminium nylon nomex upper, which is heat resistant to 3000°F*, nickel-alloy eyelets like the material used on the Mercury space capsule, a hi-visibility orange lining, a heel pull-tab, and paracord laces. The sneakers have nickel-alloy eyelets, paracord laces and hi-visibility orange lining.

The Heddels X PF Flyers sneakers are made in China, and the crate and shoe bag are made in USA. The collaboration sneakers will come with a parachute fabric shoe bag, informational pamphlet, and ship in a wooden crate. The collab is a true special edition as they’re only produced in 21 pairs. This number is chosen to refer to the number of spacesuits NASA commissioned from BF Goodrich.
