Hoya Fields Mfg Chore Coat Denim Jacket
The Hoya Fields Mfg brand from Indonesia is established in May 2013. The brand is named after a tropical plant. Hoya plants (Hoya Carnosa) are also commonly known as wax plants because their leaves and flowers look like they are carved from wax.
Workwear Inspired Jackets
The brand produces jeans, pants, and jackets. The core of the brand are their workwear-inspired jackets. They have them in several different fits and fabrics. The version highlighted here is the Chore Coat Denim style. Also known as the Worker Jacket which was very popular during the 1930’s by workers and farmers. The fit of the jacket is regular loose.

Details Of The Jacket
The Hoya Fields Mfg Chore Coat Denim jacket is made of 14oz left-hand fabric. The fabric is rigid, unwashed, so there’s a lot of fading potential in it. The front panel shows 4 pockets. One of the chest pockets has a pen slot and the other one a flap with a button closure. The other two lower pockets are large to carry all your needs. In the inside of the jacket is also an extra denim pocket attached for personal belongings. On the back of the jacket is a so-called ‘tool pocket’ attached for work equipment.
Extra Special Details
The closure has YKK donut buttons and one of them is handpainted in white. There’s also a green stitched opening which you can open if you prefer to wear your pocket watch or something and if you want to fasten it. The total jacket is stitched with white thread for extra contrast. Some parts of the jacket, as the sleeves, are triple stitched with an authentic chain stitch for extra durability. Perfect jacket for everyday use!
