Kickstarter Project: Made In Trust Denim
Dirk Heiken from Germany is chasing his denim dream with Made in Trust. After working for many years within the denim industry as a buyer and creative director for nearly 10 years he decided to start his own brand. For his new denim brand he uses all his experiences from the past. He just launched Made in Trust on Kickstarter to fund his brand.
With Made in Trust he don’t want to reinvent garments. As he’s a modern traditionalist he want to make clothing valuable again.

The Made in Trust Jeans
The kick-off of Made in Trust will contain 2 different jeans fits. The first fit is the No. 1: regular tapered. The No.1 is a regular fit with normal waist that tapers slightly from the knee down to the hem. The fit is inspired by the iconic Levi’s 501XX 1947, but with a narrower leg opening.
The No.1 fit is made of a medium weight 16oz. organic raw selvedge denim from the Italian Candiani mill. The fabric has a deep blue indigo colour and has potential fadings.
The second fit of Made in Trust is the No. 2: slim straight. The No.2 is a slim straight fit with normal rise. The jeans is straight from the hip to the thigh. It runs parallel from the knee to the bottom hem. The leg opening of the jeans is narrow. Due to it’s slim, but not too tight silhouette, it is the prefect choice for bootmaniacs and sneakerheads.
The No.2 is made of 13oz. organic selvedge denim from Candiani, Italy. This fabric in vintage blue offers you a perfect canvas and has high potential to become the new showpiece.
