Support People With Disabilities

This upcycling initiative started in 2010 in The Netherlands by using a sheltered workshop to support people with disabilities. The people behind Maison Indigo have more than 20 years of experience in the sports and fashion industry and worked for International companies as Nike and Esprit. With these experiences, they came to the idea to focus on a sustainable project, with denim as a focus.

Ready For The Next Round

As denim is such a strong fabric it’s perfect to recycle, or in this case, upcycle. After time denim fabrics become softer, and beautiful, so a natural step to translate these fabrics into something new. Something outstanding for the next life.

One Of A Kinds

The cuddly toys are made without any new fabric, so totally made from older ones. They’re carefully selected by the team to achieve the best results. All the cuddly toys vary from colors, so each one is a one of a kind.
