Meet The Person: Mohsin Sajid (Denim Designer)
The next video interview from Bluezone is with Mohsin Sajid from London, UK. Mohsin is a multi-talent as he’s doing so many different things within the denim industry. After finishing the University of Westminster in 2002 he worked at brands like Timberland, DKNY, Edwin, Firetrap, Levi’s and Evisu to name a few.
With all his experience, he started his own denim brand Endrime about seven years ago. A very fast forward brand with authentic details and a modern and unique twist. Next to running his own brand, he’s doing a lot of consultancy work too for denim mills together with his wife Sadia Rafique.

Every time I meet Mohsin, the first time was years ago when he’d launched his brand, it’s always a true pleasure. He’s so enthusiastic and has so much energy that he’s infecting everyone with his denim passion. During Bluezone at Munich Fabric Show I sat down together with Thomas Stege Bojer, founder of Denimhunters, and we talked with Mohsin about all his many activities; how he started in the industry and why people need more knowledge nowadays.

Knowledge Is Key Nowadays
During the years Mohsin has gained so many experiences on so many different levels from the industry. Nowadays he’s sharing his knowledge with students on several universities. But he’s also doing courses at Blackhorse Lane Ateliers in London. His denim courses have different angles, sometimes he’s focussing more on the history, while in other courses, he’s teaching how to make a pattern, cut and sew pairs of jeans. He does online courses as well to get more people educated with denim skills. More and more people are aware that knowledge is key nowadays, so that also explains the always fully booked courses.
Thanks for sharing your story Mohsin, sit back, relax and enjoy.
