Antonio di Battista is a really cool guy which I met on the Bread & Butter fair in Berlin two weeks ago. Antonio is the man behind the great denim brand Blue Blanket. He is an Italian designer involved in denim Business for more than 20 years. His frequent trips to California and Japan, world poles of vintage and innovation, get him the inspiration for his work. In 2008 he opened his office in Pescara where is preserved an archive of about 2.000 denim garments of historic interest. A few months ago he organised a nice denim exhibition with pieces from 1900 to 1950 called; My favourite blue jeans. Below some pics of the expo. Nice to meet you Antonio and yes someday I will come over to see your amazing collection!
