The Collaborating Companies
As long-term innovation partners, Naveena Denim Mills and The Lycra Company showcased their latest collaboration in a capsule collection at the denim fabric trade show Kingpins in New York this month. The new ‘New (Re)Solutions’ collection includes several denim fabrics crafted by Naveena Denim Mills using the latest Lycra technologies to provide all-day comfort, long-lasting fit, and durable and sustainable stretch fabrics with excellent shape retention for the consumer.
The collection is designed by Jac Cameron, creative consultant and co-founder of AYR, and developed by Chantuque, the first pure sustainable laundry of Turkey and a participant of the Ellen McArthur Foundation.
The ‘New (Re)Solutions’ Collection
The new ‘New (Re)Solutions’ by Naveena Denim Mills includes several different and innovative denim fabrics, such as;
SCOPIC line includes Naveena’s Wraptech 2.0 tri-core technology which offers perfect recovery and growth values. Fabrics have a soft touch and easy stretch capability to amplify wear comfort. They have wider width and great performance.
SELF-FIT fabrics offer a unique one-size-fits-more technology, adaptable to any silhouette and allowing for a wider fit window. Tri-core technology fabrics combine the quality stretch of Lycra fiber with the exceptional recovery and low shrinkage of Lycra T400® fiber. The result is a comfortable stretch garment that doesn’t constrict.
DUALISTIC fabrics use Lycra Dual Comfort Technology combining easy stretch and cooling characteristics, with an authentic denim look and feel. Breathable, soft hand feels durable, low growth and shrinkage.
DURAMAX fabrics, created with Lycra lastingFIT 2.0 technology, address one of the main concerns of both consumers and brands alike: durability. The concept behind Duramax fabrics is strength with comfort. Made from a blend of cotton and Lycra T400® fiber to provide the performance you can count on.
COOLWASTE fabrics provide the cooling solution that consumers and the planet desire, using Coolmax EcoMade fiber made from 100% textile waste. This performance fiber helps keep the wearer cool and dry and is durable while also helping to reduce the environmental impact.
