New Jeans Style
This upcoming September the Italian denim brand Blue Blanket will release a must-have pair of jeans. Again, the brand succeeded to bring the craftsmanship from Italy, American, and Japan together in one pair. The P100 style will be a very important key style within the Blue Blanket collection.
Never Without
The P100 jeans style is based on a 1950s model, an anti-fit pair of jeans that is very comfortable to wear for each day. It will be a pair that will be hard to put off your legs, a true classic. Or, as Blue Blanket says in their pay-off, ‘Never Without’.
Details Of The Jeans
Another reference to the fifties is the belt height, it’s lower than common pairs as it measures 3.8 cm instead of 4.2 cm. The bottom is stitched with an old-school chain stitch, so you can expect that cool roping effect with wear.
The jeans is stitched with two tones of thread, lemon, and tobacco. It features a laurel leaf top-button and copper rivets. The back pockets are hand pinched for that authentic detail and reinforcement.
One of the characteristics of this jeans is in the back label as it isn’t made in leather but Jacron. Jacron is a unique paper material with a leather‑like look.
Redline Japanese Selvedge
The Blue Blanket P100 jeans is made with a 13oz right-hand unwashed Japanese selvedge fabric with a redline ID. The selvedge is tightly sewn, which is also a classic detail.
Availability
As said, this new developed jeans style will be available from September at selected retailers. And, later, it will also be on sale at Blue Blanket’s webshop.
