Paul Smith X Fullcount Collab Jacket & Jeans

Paul Smith teamed-up with Fullcount for a denim jacket and jeans collaboration. Both items are inspired by 1940’s styles. True Americana denim pieces made in Osaka, Japan.

The Jacket

The jacket is inspired by a 1940’s version of the Type 1. It has a single chest pocket and pleat front detailing. The 13oz selvedge sanforized fabric is woven in Japan. It’s woven on a vintage shuttle loom. The jacket is finished with three different thread colours and a single internal printed canvas patch pocket. It has a mix of Paul Smith and Fullcount embossed hardware. The necklabel shows the collaboration between both brands.

The Jeans

Also the jeans is inspired by a 1940’s style. The classic fit jeans have a high rise and therefore sits higher on the waist. With a slight taper through the leg, the classic fit has a regular leg opening. The fabric is sanforized, this will reduce shrinkage and twisting after washing. It has rolled belt loops, which are wider and deeper to be more hard-wearing. The back pockets are extra strength with hidden Fullcount branded rivets. The inner pocket bags are printed. The entire jeans have lemon yellow and orange stitching. The back patch is made of genuine leather. The jeans have a very cool collaboration pocketflasher.
