Pre-Order: The Rite Stuff – Atlas Salt & Pepper Work Shirt
A new chambray shirt by The Rite Stuff is coming very soon! You can now pre-order their upcoming Atlas Salt & Pepper Work Shirt. The shirt is made of 6.5oz selvedge salt and pepper chambray, hence the name of it. This unique fabric is coming from a Japanese mill and is outstanding as it’s one of the few selvedge versions in the market today.
The Special Details
The Atlas shirt is made with a lot of 1930s details such as the chinstrap, originally known as an extension neckband, for a tighter and cleaner fit. Also, the ecru stitching, and chain stitching refer to this specific period. Just as early 1900s workwear shirts this one has also a high and thin back yoke. The continuous cuffs, pocket shapes, and urea cat eyes buttons are rare details too. On the chest are two classic pockets, and the redline selvedge line is running at the closure of the shirt. The cotton tags are made and printed in Japan.
The shirt is produced in Japan with John Lofgren & Co. to John’s exacting level of quality and fair treatment of workers at every step of the way. Reserve your shirt now by pre-ordering here.
