Five Years Ago

It’s already five years ago when Yutaka Fujihara released his book 501XX: A Collection of Vintage Jeans in 2015 (more about this book here). Yutaka is a Levi’s specialist and also the director of the famous vintage store BerBerJin in Tokyo, Japan. He’s a legend as it comes to all the historical insights of Levi’s jeans.

The new upcoming book Levi’s Vintage Denim Jacket – Type 1, 2,3 is made in collaboration with Naoki Kawamata from the vintage store Smiley. Expect again a must-have document with a lot of super rare examples included which can be used as a sort of Levi’s bible to determine the age of production with all its unique features.

The Launch Of The Book

The new Levi’s book will be launch on the 10th of October, but can already pre-ordered (also by retailers) here. They ship worldwide!

Another great news is that the first book, 501XX, is re-printed again, so if you missed this one, you can make a combination deal too while pre-ordering too.
