The black version of the promo doll from Lee Jeans, the famous Buddy Lee, is very rare! You don’t see this version so often, there’s also one published in the book ‘True Fit’ from Viktor Fredback (check out his denim book, it’s really great!!). There’s also not much info about this one. It’s probably made in the late ’20’s but some say it’s from the ’40’s. Like all the first original Buddy Lee’s this one is also dressed in an overall.
