The Rite Stuff Heracles Work Shirt
The Rite Stuff is releasing next month their new Heracles worker shirt. This new shirt is based on the style of scalloped yoke work shirts that first appeared in 1912 in Chicago. It became a successful shirt style across American workers who desired a smart, durable, and versatile work shirt.
Three Different Colours
The Heracles shirt will be available in three colors, ecru, red, and indigo. It’s made with a fine 5oz 100% cotton selvedge Chambray fabric which is milled in Japan.
Details Of The Shirt
The shirt features scalloped shoulder yokes and a deep, scalloped back yoke for extra durability. There’re ventilation holes under the arms to let your body breathe during warmer days. There’s also a chinstrap for a cleaner when buttoning it up. The cat-eyes buttons are reproductions of the 1920s, and produced in Japan, will get a patina with wear.
The chest pocket can hold a pencil or pen. The button-through chest pockets are bar-tacked for strength. The sleeves plackets features a one-piece design, strengthened with bartacks, that is tear-proof.
Triple Chain-Stitched For Extra Durability
The double layers at the elbows guarantee you that you will not have any blown-outs at the elbows. All the main seams are triple chain-stitched for extra durability as the authentic workwear shirts.
Made In Japan
The Rite Stuff Heracles shirts are made in Japan in collaboration with John Lofgren & Co. Even the cotton tags are printed in Japan.
Ready For Pre-Order
The shirts are now ready for pre-order and will be ready next month in April.
