The First Edition Of Durango Vintage Festivus
Last September the legendary denim hunter Brit Eaton organized the first edition of ‘Durango Vintage Festivus‘. This four days event was held at the Animas river, just 20 minutes south of Durango, Colorado. The event was the place to be where the best vintage sellers, collectors, and likeminded people from all around the world came together to share, show and sell their unique vintage styles.
The Content Of The Event
Brit Eaton promised that the ‘Durango Vintage Festivus‘ event would be the denim event that would shake the denim world with crazy activities such as the denim bungee jump, the denim Olympics, vintage hunting in a huge denim mountain, and more of this crazy stuff. And, by seeing all the many videos, and social media posts, he didn’t lie. It’s now already called the denim Woodstock.
Part of the event was the denim auction, and the sale of the now legendary auctioned pair of late 1800s pair of Levi’s that was sold for $76,000. Read and see more about this famous pair of Levi’s here.
