Red Wing Shoes is releasing a new Red Wing Shoe Store exclusive in Europe today. It’s the 8203 Roughneck Moc Toe boot. To celebrate this special release, they set up a summer party with the store in Berlin tonight.
Developed With a Lowwaste And Sustainable Approach
The Red Wing 8203 Roughneck Moc Toe boot is developed with a mix of classic updated materials. The aim was to underline the low waste and sustainable approach of the American footwear company. Therefore they decided to use strictly left-over materials for their 8203 boot. These materials are from their leather tannery and factory.
A smart way to use all the materials in production so nothing goes to waste. A special limited edition is the outcome of their classic Moc Toe boot style that has been going strong since the 1950s.
The Leather And Soles
The leather that is used for the 8203 Roughneck Moc Toe boot has been used in different products in the past. This Loden Abilene leather has a beautiful and unique look. The TC1 white outsole is used earlier as well, but not together with this kind of leather. The design team sourced matching hardware to build this special store exclusive.
The Official Launch
The official launch of the 8203 Roughneck Moc Toe boot is today. The specially organized party at the Berlin store starts at 6 pm with cold beers and freshly made burgers. Be there to experience the boots yourself while they are in stock!
