About the Red Wing Moc Toe style

The Red Wing Moc Toe style was launched in the 1950’s for sportsmen, but also for people who worked on farms and factories it was the perfect boot. This as the Traction Tred sole with its minimal tread that sheds mud and provides the underfoot comfort a work day required. The stitching on the toe was inspired by the construction of the shoes, or so called moccasins, originally worn by the North American Algonquin Indians. The Red Wing Moc Toe boots are one the most iconic boots styles and already years part of the denim cult.
