Red Wing Shoes Introduces The Billy Boot #8829
Red Wing Shoes released again an outstanding limited edition boot for Fall: The Billy Boot #8829. With this boot, the American footwear brand is making a trip down memory lane and takes us back to 1925. Originally the Billy Boots are named after the son of the owner Billy Sweasy, the company is still owned by the Sweasy family.
Designed With Knife Pocket
The Red Wing Shoes Billy Boot was specifically designed for boys and was delivered with a jack knife and a knife pocket on the side. This extra feature on the side of the boots got a lot of attention, a very popular addition in these days. This resulted that a lot of other boot companies copied the knife pocket and added these to their boy’s boots too.

Re-Built And Exclusive
Red Wing Heritage did a re-built for the Billy Boots and added the knife pocket on their iconic 877 boots. For the leather of the boots they used the special black Klondike leather, the brown under color becomes visible with wear.
For the sole, they used the brand’s legendary white Cushion Crepe Wedge sole with Traction Tred for ultimate grip. Like most of the Red Wing Shoes, this style is also coming with their original gold/tan Taslan laces. This limited edition boot is now available at selected retailers worldwide.
