Red Wing Shoes Sawmill Styles #2926 & #2927

Red Wing Shoes released a new style for upcoming Fall Winter 2019: Sawmill. The new style comes in two versions #2926 Olive Mohave leather and #2927 Briar Oil Slick. This style is based on Red Wing Shoes cornerstone 875’s.

It’s a Winter style with a beige Cambrelle lining, and the outsole is a special compound, so it performs very well in cold conditions and environments and if offers the best cushioning too. The boots have felted wool-covered footbed to keep the toes toasty. The collar is made from the same deerskin as the brand’s glove fora soft, luxe wear experience that is also weather resistant.

D-Rings And Speed Hooks

For the very first since the modern history of the Heritage collection, they used D-rings on both boots. These rings allow you to quickly un-lace your boots for ease of exit. It’s also the first time the brand is using riveted hooks. This is like a Speed Hook on steroids because it brings the hook out closer to the edge of the eyebrow and allows faster lacing.

The Cambrelle Lining

The Cambrelle lining of the boots is bi-component fibers made, which means that the lining constantly adapts to the motion of the foot and the footwear while providing the highest level of abrasion resistance. It also transports moisture away from the foot, storing it away and releasing it back into the environment when the footwear is removed. The Cambrelle lining is so efficient at moisture management that it is fully capable of absorbing three-and-a-half times it’s own weight in moisture keeping the foot cooler, drier, and more comfortable. It not only keeps the feet dry, cool, and comfortable, it also protects the shoe itself.

Black Vibram Lug Outsoles And Taslan Laces

Both new Red Wing Shoes boot styles are made with black Vibram Lug outsoles which provide maximum grip and outstanding comfort and is Goodyear Welted with a storm welt to keep the cold wet out. They are laced with round Taslan laces.
