Next week, Denim Première Vision brings its trade show and its exciting and inspiring program for the first time to Berlin, Germany. Finally, after two years of online events and a first physical show in Milan last October, the show for denim experts will be alighting for the first time in the German capital.

Berlin is known as a dynamic cosmopolitan, so a natural step for Denim Première Vision to organize their popular trade show in this city. It’s the perfect location to bring everyone together and inspire the international denim community.

Creative Developments And Technical Innovations For Autumn-Winter 2023-24

The first Denim Première Vision Berlin edition will be covered by more than 80 exhibitors. They organized a new program of physical and digital talks, and a fashion trend space and seminars. It will also be the first edition on the calendar to unveil the creative developments and technical and technological innovations of the Autumn-Winter 2023-24 denim season. It will assist industry professionals to create their future collections thanks to a hybrid event comprising two simultaneous and synergistic events;

• A physical show at the Arena Berlin on 17 and 18 May (organized in compliance with current health
requirements).
• A Digital Denim Week on www.premierevision.com from 16 to 20 May bringing together a program of digital events and the offer from the Première Vision Marketplace.

What To Expect At Denim Première Vision In Berlin

The first edition in Berlin features the finest denim companies from all around the world. A curated selection of spinners, weavers, fashion manufacturers, laundries, finishers, accessory makers, and technology developers from Italy, Germany, Japan, Turkey, Morocco, Tunisia, Pakistan, China, India, and Bangladesh will be present. The broadest, most comprehensive offer from the creative and innovative denim industry: taken together, the exhibitors at the show represent a total production capacity of 1.5 billion meters of denim fabric. There’re opportunities for buyers and suppliers to meet and exchange ideas at the show’s stands and networking spaces.

And, there’s also an online platform with optimized services and functions to boost networking on the Denim Première Vision as well. Expect efficient customer and supplier networking tools to facilitate direct contact and commercial transactions at a distance: video conferencing meetings via the video call functionalities of WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger to personalize meetings and facilitate the presentation of material collections.

Next to that, an interactive digital catalog and immersive multimedia company profiles to energize the presentation of exhibitors’ business activities, with company information – contacts, know-how, specificities, etc. – illustrated with pictures, texts or videos, and the ability to highlight specific product information via photos or videos.

On the show is also an inspiring fashion space, the Trends Agora, physical and online fashion seminars, and exclusive online trend decodings, to inspire and guide buyers and creatives in designing their autumn-winter 23-24 denim collections.

There’s also a program scheduled of conferences and talks addressing the industry’s major issues: 2 Digital Denim Smart Talks to review the sector’s ecological progress and innovations in terms of sustainable materials;

  • A Season Smart Talk presenting new eco-responsible denim developments.
  • A Traceability Smart Talk to discover the traceable-production solutions offered by the show’s
    exhibitors.

A new conference in partnership with TextilWirtschaft magazine will bring together weaver Naveena Denim Ltd (NDL), a show exhibitor, and famed brand Tom Tailor, from Hamburg, Germany, to discuss their latest joint product: denim made from hemp.

New at Denim Première Vision is PV DENIM * FASHION DISTRICT. They put creation at the heart of the show by showcasing a select group of 10 brands and designers presenting pieces they developed together with show exhibitors, pieces which will be included in their collections for next season.

To celebrate this first Berlin edition, Denim Première Vision organized a can’t miss event with denim maker Naveena Denim (NDL), to celebrate denim and its community. A chance for everyone to come together on the evening of the show’s opening in the lush gardens of the Arena Berlin. You can join us from 6.30 pm on the banks of the river for a sunset party to watch the sunset over the city to the sounds of jazzy music while sipping a glass of wine and sampling delicious Italian specialties.
