The New Indigo Judogi Type-B Jacket
The latest development by Bluesville is their Indigo Judogi Type-B Jacket. The Indonesian brand is again continuing the tradition of respecting color by extracting it directly from nature. Creating a unique character of color that is hard to replicate by a man-made dye. A process that takes more time and effort to do. It’s also a process that takes passion and understanding of harmony between natural factors.
The Fabric Of The Jacket
The Bluesville jacket is made from a Judogi fabric. A 100% cotton fabric that is usually used for Judo uniforms, hence the name of it. The fabric is dyed with natural indigo on the brand’s farm. Due to the natural dye, it has a unique look, and feel. And, over time it will fade beautifully with wear.
Details Of The Jacket
The jacket itself is inspired by the legendary Type 2 jackets, so it has two chest pockets. And, it has some iconic zigzag stitching on the buttons panel. For the closure, they used silver-colored laurel leaves donut buttons, and there’s are adjusters on the back.
What makes this jacket extra special is that it has detailed stitching across the shoulder part. This is not only for decoration, but also for reinforcement.
Availability
The Bluesville jacket is out now and is available via their own webshop.
