Four Generations Of Leather Makers
Orox spans four generations of leather makers with roots beginning in Oaxaca, Mexico. The name Orox represents the merging their past (Oaxaca) with their present (Oregon). With their brand they aim to create high quality (leather) durable goods that, while stylish, don’t go in and out of style.
The Hand Made Aprons
The Orox brand offers a wide range of quality made crafted goods. Part of their rich collection are their aprons.
This apron was first made and designed by the Martinez family for themselves in their leather shop. But, they got so many compliments and requests, they came up with the idea to start making them for everyone. So, now you can have one for yourself too. They’re durable, and a beautiful way of protecting your clothes and keeping those often-used tools within reach. Whether you’re woodworking, leather crafting, blacksmithing, or working in the kitchen or BBQ for example.
Details Of The Aprons
Each apron features adjustable cross-back straps, tie-able waist straps, lap pockets for tools, and chest pockets for small utensils. The straps are made of English Bridle leather, the rivets from copper, and the buckles and rings from solid brass.
Two Versions Available
There’re two versions available, a body made of waxed canvas, and a version made of Red Stripe Cone White Oak denim from North Carolina. The pockets on the aprons are made of Essex leather from the legendary Horween tannery.
