About Maurizio Donadi
Maurizio is a creative mind with more than 35 years of experience in the fashion industry at big players such as Benetton, Armani, Diesel, and Levi’s. A few years ago he started Atelier & Repairs, a new concept with a circularity approach. He re-imagines what already exists through intentional design. (Read more about Maurizio here)
The Transnomadica Marketplace
With his new marketplace Transnomadica he’s selling unique pieces he collected over 30 years of traveling for work and inspiration. His collection contains around 8.000 one-of-a-kind styles. And, they’re available via his digital Transnomadica store (And, now also via this special pop-up concept at Fred Segal). It’s sort of a curated flea-market for designers, collectors, vintage aficionados, and anybody looking for objects with a story.
Minimalistic Retail Concept
The pop-up at Fred Segal is minimalistic, so the items are leading and coming out very nicely. Presented with wooden crates it’s a timeless set-up, just like the items themselves. Most of the items are denim, so if you’re searching for that ultimate pair or jacket, go check it out as it’s there for a very limited time. It’s open from Tuesday until Sunday, from 11 – 6.
