Unmarked Footwear Launched A Denim Jacket

The Unmarked brand was founded in 2011 in Mexico. The brand is focussed on making traditional authentic handmade footwear. Their workshop is located in the heart of Mexico in the city Leon, a 1958 warehouse with the right vibe to create contemporary products using antique machinery and the best skilled craftsmanship. Some tools and machines in their workshop dates back to 1920’s. The footwear collection by Unmarked has different models made with the Goodyear Welted construction. They want to keep the Mexican craftsmanship alive.

Denim Jacket by Unmarked

For the first time Unmarked developed a denim jacket. The jacket is created together with Prima Volta, a clothing brand from Mexico. The Unmarked denim jacket is made of 14oz rigid denim fabric from the Mexican Cone Denim plant. The threads of the fabric are dyed with natural indigo. On the chest they stitched their iconic multi colour bug toe embroidery. This refers to their footwear. The style of the jacket is an authentic Western style denim jacket with a slim fit. The jacket has two chest pockets and two side pockets. On the back of the jacket they added a leather patch, which is made of natural leather. The jacket and patch will age nicely over time with wear. Be quick to get your hands on this one as its made as a limited edition of 50 pieces only.
