A 23oz Heavy-weight Champ
Wingman Denim from Indonesia comes with a special heavy-weight 23-ounce hemp denim. The jeans that make you smile!
The World’s Heaviest Hemp Denim
The Wingman Denim jeans is made of 60% cotton and 40% hemp. The idea of this new upcoming jeans was to introduce hemp as an alternative fiber to make textiles and especially for jeans. Hemp is eco-friendly, sustainable, and has more advantages than cotton. Probably in the future, there will be more jeans made of hemp, because of all the benefits compared to cotton. But, as Wingman Denim’s idea was to do something different with hemp, they came up with the idea of developing something that wasn’t done before, creating the World’s Heaviest Hemp Denim so far.
The Special Details Of The Hemp Jeans
The hemp jeans feature deep indigo rope-dyed warps. The jeans is made of an unsanforized selvedge fabrics with diamond green ID. On the back, there’s a hidden arcuate plus green arcuate which will be more visible when the jeans fade. The inner printed pockets are made with green selvedge canvas. The buttons and cooper rivet are branded. There’s a specially designed three colors leather patch with a hemp and cotton plant plus a slogan.
The tucked-in belt loops are stitched with green thread as a subtle link to hemp, same as the button holes. The hem is chain stitched with an authentic Union Special 43200G machine so you can achieve a roping effect over time.
