Worn-Out Projects X Levi’s 201 Jeans From Early 1900’s

This pair of worn-out Levi’s Jeans are true originals from the early 1900’s. The Levi’s Jeans is a 201 model. The jeans were discovered during a renovation, behind a closet, on November 21st – 2017. They were found in the historical coastal logging town Fort Bragg CA, USA. The home was originally built in 1908. These Levi’s 201 Jeans are very rare nowadays. And true collectors items.

Details Of The Vintage Levi’s 201 Jeans

The Levi’s Jeans is still in pretty good condition if you notice that these are around 100 years old. The jeans have some tatters at the end of both heals. It has two smal holes, one on the right knee and the other is on the lower left leg near the ankle. The original owner had some patchwork done. The patchwork is an extra protection layer as it’s one piece that goes down the front side of both legs. There is another patch on the inside of the left leg under the front pocket. It appears that they took the material for this smaller patch from the inside of the left back pocket.

The Levi’s Jeans has a cinch back, no belt loops (these were added around 1922 by Levi’s, suspender buttons, rivets on the back pockets and a crotch rivet. The 201 model was introduced as a cheaper version of the Levi’s 501XX Jeans.
